Note When Ordering:
Seed crop production varies by season. HarvestMan inventories start arriving to our warehouse in late November. We can only fulfill orders in which production allows and all orders are filled based on a first come, first serve basis. Place your orders early to ensure that your order can be fulfilled exactly as you would like. If any discrepancies occur, you will be called before shipment. We strive to meet all your growing needs and hope that we can be of service to you.

Shipping Terms
All seed orders will be shipped after payment has been received. If you are paying by check, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

**What to do if you observe unexpected damage.**
Contact HarvestMan as soon as damaged seed is noticed. A representative will evaluate what exactly happened and resolve any concerns. Due to shipping seed, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can hold shipping partners responsible for damaged items.

C.O.D Shipments
We do not accept C.O.D shipments.

Returns:
HarvestMan has no control over the handling and quality of seed once it is shipped and leaves our warehouse. In order to insure quality of seed, we will not accept any seed returns except in the situation where an error has been made in fulfilling your order. In the event of an error, contact our office within 15 business days of receipt of the order to obtain approval for the return. Returns without prior approval are subject to a 10% restocking fee of purchase price. Credit will only be issued for seed returned in its original unopened package. All seed is distributed and properly stored by HarvestMan LLC. Please call with any concerns.

WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: HarvestMan warrants that all seed products are labeled as required by state law and conforms within the labels description. HarvestMan and its suppliers make no other express or implied warranty products. Any recommendations for use of these products are based on HarvestMan and your local dealer’s best judgment, but there is not warranty of results to be obtained in connection therewith.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The exclusive remedy for loss or damages due to breach of the foregoing warranty or contract or for negligence or other cause shall be limited to the purchase price of the product and shall not include any consequential damages. Claims for defects in this product must be presented to HarvestMan as soon as possible to enable HarvestMan to investigate the claim and in any event within 15 days after discovery.  

NOTICE OF REQUIRED ARBITRATION: The seed laws of some stares require Arbitration of disputes allegedly defective seed as a prerequisite to maintaining a legal action of seller.

Please contact your state Department of Agriculture for specific requirements as to filing procedures as soon as you learn the fact upon which a claim is based. Before any legal action is initiated, a pre –harvest inspection may be required.
